 Physical Activity Tips
  • Move as much and as frequently as is possible for you.
  • Walk by foot or use bicycle as often as you can.
  • Stroll around for longer distances.
  • Plan camping out or hill hiking every now and then.
  • Regularly involve your self in some competitive sports activity. This will keep interest alive and thus make exercise easy.
  • Devote some stipulated time to physical exertion on daily basis.
